In the end only disappointment awaits me. Well, that is not the cause of my feelings, it is the way they do things. They postpone countless times of the actual time of release. Then, now they even did not take those that fail to get the scholarship seriously.
Those that did not get it, when enter their IC to check, will see this:
91xxxxxxxxxx, TIADA, TIADA, TIADA, TIADA, GAGAL, no, TIADA
after this, there is another one saying:
GAGAL
then something like this appears:

The first reply really make me feel that it was a joke. Who would have taken it seriously when you repeated TIADA for four times straight. MENTAL!!!
Haiz, guess this means back to my prison in Penang for another hard four months.
